Open ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot. Copy the prompt below, then paste in an email you wrote this week with nothing private in it.

Here is an email I wrote. Rewrite it to half the length.
Keep every fact, date and request exactly as it is.
Put the action I need from the reader in the first two lines.
Don't add anything I didn't say.
