Refund policy

Thank you for choosing The AI Executive Edit. Everything I sell is digital and ready for you the moment you buy it, so I’m not able to offer refunds once a purchase is complete. Here’s what that means, and how I’ll help if anything isn’t right.

Why all sales are final

The Full Edit kits and my other products are digital downloads, delivered instantly. Once a file has been delivered it can’t be returned, so all sales are final and I’m unable to give refunds if you change your mind.

Your right to cancel

UK law normally gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once your download or access begins. At checkout you’ll be asked to agree to immediate access and to confirm you understand that you’ll lose your right to cancel.

Try before you buy

The first five modules of The AI Femme Edit are free, so you can get a real feel for my guides before spending anything. If you’re not sure whether a kit is right for you, email me before you buy and I’ll gladly help you decide.

If something isn’t right

If a file won’t open, is incomplete, or isn’t as described, please let me know. I’ll fix it or send you a replacement, and if I can’t put it right, you’ll get a full refund. If you accidentally buy the same product twice, get in touch and I’ll refund the duplicate.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
