I’ve put a lot of care into every guide and kit, and I want you to get real use out of them. These terms explain what you’re welcome to do with them, and the few things I ask you not to do. By downloading or buying anything from The AI Executive Edit, you agree to them.

Copyright
All content on this website and in my guides, kits, prompts, templates, planners and worked examples, free or paid, is my original work and protected by copyright. When you download or buy something, you’re getting a licence to use it, not ownership of the content itself.
What you’re welcome to do
- Use the prompts, templates and planners for yourself, at home, at work or in your own business.
- Edit and adapt them to suit you, and keep the results you create with them.
- Print copies for your own use.
- Recommend my work to others. I’d love that! Please share a link to this website so they can get their own copy.
What I ask you not to do
- Share, forward or upload the files, or give access to anyone else, including friends, colleagues, groups or online communities.
- Resell, give away or repackage the content, in whole or in part, including inside your own products, courses or memberships.
- Present the content as your own, or remove the copyright notices.
- Use the content to teach or train others for payment without my written permission.
Using my work with a team
Each purchase is for one person. If you’d like to use my guides or kits across a team or organisation, get in touch and I’ll happily put together a team licence.
About AI and your judgement
My guides and kits are for education and general information. They aren’t legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. AI tools can make mistakes, so always check what they produce before you rely on it, and follow your employer’s policies when using AI at work. AI does the legwork; you stay the executive.
The examples use ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot. Those tools are run by other companies and can change without notice, so some steps or screens may look different over time.
Purchases and refunds
Payments are handled securely by Payhip. Because my products are digital downloads, all sales are final. See my refund policy for the details, including what happens if a file isn’t right.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
Changes
If these terms change, I’ll update the date at the top of this page. The terms in place when you bought something apply to that purchase.
