Your starting point

Multiply your team

A manager who saves herself five hours is efficient. A manager whose team saves forty is the one the business wants to give more to. Your first move is getting the team to find their own legwork.

Try this in the next five minutes

Plan a 30-minute team session. Describe your work in general terms, with no confidential details.

I'm a manager running a 30-minute session with my team of [number] on handing routine tasks to AI.
Our work involves [describe in general terms]. Our approved tool is [tool].
Plan the session: timings, what I say, what the team does, and one task we could all try afterwards.
Keep it practical: no AI theory, no jargon.

What to look for: give the session a question for a title, like “Where’s our week going?”. It lands better than “AI training”.

Your plan: The Work Edit, Manager

Six core modules take you from what you’re allowed to do, through handing tasks over and checking the output, to a one-page evidence file. Your level module, Multiply Your Team, covers the team audit, a shared morning priority list, training videos from your SOPs, and teaching your team to build their own agents. £39, with the evidence-file template and every prompt ready to copy.
