Try this in the next five minutes

Take a real export you’d normally turn into a report. Use your approved work tool, and only data your company’s AI policy allows.

I've attached a data export. Before summarising, check it and tell me:
- the date range and number of rows
- any blank, duplicate or odd-looking values
Then give me the first look:
- the three biggest changes or differences in the data, with the numbers
- anything unusual a manager would want to know about
- one chart that would show the most important finding
Only state what the data shows. Don't guess at causes. If something might have a cause, say "worth checking" and I'll check it.

What to look for: AI will list several findings. Pick the one your manager needs to know, and lead with it. The finding is yours. The legwork isn’t.
